    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Business Development Representative, Enterprise utilizes the core capabilities of a BDR to generate new business opportunities at accounts not already showing interest in Spellbook. This role focuses on generating new mid-market connections and deals and collaborates closely with the BDR Manager on standing up campaigns, outreach methods and lead generation channels in green space.

    This position is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual looking to advance their career in sales at a growing organization and enjoys the flexibility and freedom provided in a new sales motion with a massive TAM.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prospect, identify, engage and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, social and additional channels.

    • Maintain a high level of daily activity, including cold calls, emails, and social touches.

    • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

    • Set qualified appointments and meetings for the midmarket and enterprise sales team.

    • Track all activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

    • Participate in workshops regularly, including role-playing sessions, copy creations and call reviews to continuously upskill and learn test best practices.

    • Report on successes in data-driven fashion while staying cognizant of the gut-check likelihood of success of a campaign

    • Provide feedback for development of talk tracks, standard email sequences, etc. in an ongoing effort to improve a new, dedicated outbound motion for Spellbook!

    • Collaborate with the SDR Manager to expand bandwidth and reach while increasing engagement and conversion rates.

    • Develop and present new best practices, outreach strategies, and messaging techniques to the team.

    • Work with leadership to implement and refine SDR/BDR processes and workflows.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.

    • Own an account list and/or territory and leverage indicators, intent signals and trends to engage prospects with the right timing

    • Self-motivate and understanding of the inputs and activities volume required to achieve success

    • Technical ability with prospecting, sales engagement and CRM tools, with emphasis on tracking data and hygiene in a shared digital space

    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s needs, consistent with the scope and level of this role.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role.

    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas.

    • Experience in a start up or building out a new motion is a plus

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).

    The Project Manager I is an entry-level role on TEECOM’s internal Project Management path, reporting to Team Leads. You keep the team’s delivery machinery running — tracking, documentation, coordination, and reporting — so that Team Leads can focus on client relationships and strategic leadership.

    This role is a common entry point from the Designer path. Designers build engineering, production, and project management capability before participating in a TEECOM Grow career development discussion to determine long-term path alignment. Project Manager I is one of those next-step options.

    You provide operational support that strengthens visibility into scope, schedule, staffing, documentation, quality, and execution tracking across the team’s portfolio. Rather than independently leading complex engagements or managing client relationships, you reinforce the delivery systems that enable consistent execution and clear reporting.

    You partner closely with Team Leads, Group Leads, Project Supervisors, and Subtask PMs to maintain clarity, reinforce established workflows, and improve coordination and quality across the team’s portfolio.     • Monitor reporting accuracy and escalate stale data, blockers, or inconsistencies.

    Experience and Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, document control, operations support, or within an AEC-related environment.
    • Preferred: Equivalent TEECOM project delivery experience.
    • Foundational understanding of project delivery concepts, including scope, schedule, and documentation workflows.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, VantagePoint, MS Project, and Procore.
    • Familiarity with GitHub documentation workflows preferred.
    • PMP, CAPM, or CDT certification is a plus but not required.
    • PRINCE2 Foundation preferred.

    $80,000 - $105,000 a year
    This compensation will vary depending on your role-related skills, experience, knowledge, and subject matter expertise.           What You Will Do
          • Embed in Scrum teams to understand how developers, designers, QAs, and product managers work - then design AI integration practices tailored to each role
          • Attend Scrum events regularly - sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and dailies - to stay close to each team's rhythm and provide both Scrum process support and AI transformation coaching
          • Coach teams on stronger Scrum practices where needed; you bring a perspective that advances AI adoption and agile maturity at the same time
          • For developers: design how tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude integrate into coding, code review, and debugging workflows
          • For designers: accelerate creative workflows with practices around Figma AI, prompt-to-design, and AI-assisted concept generation
          • For QA engineers: scale AI usage in test case generation, bug analysis, and automation scenario creation
          • For product managers: turn AI into a practical working partner for backlog prioritization, user story writing, and data interpretation
          • Drive lasting behavioral change across all roles - beyond one-off training sessions
          • Build and evolve an AI adoption maturity model; make individual and team progress visible and measurable
          • Design engagement loops - including gamification mechanics, badges, and leaderboards - that keep adoption momentum alive
          • Cultivate a network of AI champions across each role group to scale the transformation organically
          • Analyze which tools add the most value, in which roles and contexts - and feed those learnings back into the organization
          • Connect AI adoption strategy to both near-term actions and long-term org maturity goals, in close collaboration with leadership


          What You Will Need
          • 5+ years of software development experience - you know the developer world from the inside
          • Hands-on experience working in Scrum / Agile teams - you've felt firsthand how different roles interact and depend on each other
          • Someone who actively uses AI-powered tools, not just someone who talks about them
          • Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences - technical and non-technical, role by role
          • Metrics-driven mindset - you believe that what gets measured gets improved
          • Hands-on experience with change management or organizational learning
          • High autonomy and comfort with ambiguity - you can move forward without a detailed map

          Our Solution Expert team plays a key role in supporting strategic customers in RUN phase, by acting as trusted advisors on complex use cases. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, they analyze advanced client needs, challenge existing setups, and translate requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform.

           

          You will manage a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions beyond standard product capabilities.

           

          These large and strategic accounts have already deployed the platform and have a strong level of autonomy. They rely on your technical and functional expertise to lead complex integrations (APIs, flat files, third-party tools), redesign platform architecture, run solution audits, and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value.

          Within 1 month, you will:
          • Become a Trello expert through our onboarding process
          • Understand our product offering through training
          • Master our platform and be able to support clients on basics requests through ticketing


          Within 3 months, you will:
          • Own your portfolio of 10 enterprise clients & leading up to 30 active projects simultaneously
          • Start to answer questions coming from your portfolio of clients
          • Support the Customer Success partner on functional and technical questions
          • Successfully implement integration (SSO, third-party tools), deliver technical expertise on how to integrate their learning platform to their technical environment & troubleshooting


          Within 6 months, you will:
          • Be able to pitch the value of the 360Learning platform
          • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
          • Support Strategic customers all along their contract from an expertise standpoint
          • Deliver Professional Services to our existing customers base


          Within 12 months, you will:
          • Onboard another Solution Expert
          • Contribute to our knowledge base to share best practices and lessons learned
          • Work with our partner ecosystem to strengthen the services proposed to our clients
          • Deliver platform audits to clients
          • Deliver professional services proposed in our Professional Service catalogue


          The Skill Set
          • 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role (Level 2 or 3 support agents, Technical consultant, Technical Account Manager)
          • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related
          • Project management skills
          • Good understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting
          • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do
          • Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders
